Support the Broxton Ave Plaza

The Westwood Village Improvement Association is working with the City of Los Angeles to create a public plaza on Broxton Ave.
What is a Plaza?
  • The Plaza is a public open space that is closed to vehicular traffic. A colorful, patterned treatment is applied to the street, while large planters and other elements like tables and chairs define the plaza area.

Where Would The Broxton Ave Plaza go
  • The Plaza would go on Broxton Ave, between Weyburn Ave and the east/west alley south of Le Conte Ave
Why a Plaza?
  • Converts redundant street space into a people place for events, outdoor dining, and activities
  • Supports and enlivens local business by creating a walkable pedestrian destination
  • Produce a high-quality streetscape experience and improve the day-to-day life of the street
  • How Do I Support The Broxton Ave Plaza?
