The Fourth Annual Window Decorating Contest has come to an end. After tallying the votes, Sarah Leonard Fine Jewelers, was awarded first prize! It will receive $250 for the beautiful holiday window display.Second place went to Trader Joe's with a prize of $150 and third place of $100 went to Oakley's Barber Shop. Every year, the WVIA holds this competition to encourage local businesses to decorate their shop windows in an effort to attract more shoppers and visitors during the holiday season. This year we let the fans choose the winner!
